Pet Design
The pet growing process is illustrated in the diagram below. Items 1 and 2 will be described in this document. Once a pet has reached its intermediary stage, it cannot be reverted back to its basic stage. An item is not needed for an intermediate pet to grow into its advanced stage.
A basic pet will always be gained at level 1. All basic pets will be eligible for growth to the intermediate stage at level 15. It is at this stage that the user must decide on whether they will give their pet item 1 or item 2. All Intermediate pets will grow to the advanced stage at level 30.
Pets will be divided into two groups. Mageist players will have creatures and Artificer players will have robots.
The player will also have a pet from the very beginning of the game. This pet will have its own back-story and optional quests that will flow across all episodes of the game.
Pets are not found in the wilds of Treboria. The pets available in the game are only seen in shops or as rewards for completing quests. However, habitats will be named in the pet design profiles for design purposes, so illustrators can determine what the pet will look like and how the pets is supposed to move.
Items for creatures will be; Blue Orb and Red Orb.
Items for robots will be; Blueprint and Redprint.
Levelling Up
Pets will have a list of attack moves that they will be able to upgrade and make more effective and powerful. These attack moves will be upgradeable and when the pet reaches new levels, a certain amount of points will be awarded that can be spent on upgrading the pet’s attack moves, making them even stronger when in battle.

Some information on Trials of Treboria
Here is some of the details of our upcomming game Trials of Treboria
Trials of Treboria is a single-player role-playing Persistent Browser Based Game (PBBG) using real-time combat and engrossing story lines.
It is set in episodes which will be released at equal intervals with both self-contained stories and an overall arcing story that will span across all episodes.
It is set in a world where old traditional magic must fight to stay alive in an environment of emerging science and technology.
The graphics of the game will be driven by either Adobe Flash or Adobe Director, both products being at the forefront of web video technology.
Treboria is a contrasting world rich in magic and science. The Mageists have built their community in a fantasy environment, while the Artificers live in a steam-punk world.
Trials of Treboria is effectively two games based around the same story. You can take the role of either side; Mageist (people who rely on magic) or Artificer (people who rely on science).
You take the role of either Linea (Mageist) or Athnal (Artificer) in an RPG environment to uncover the dark sinister plot by the powers-that-be.
You will have the ability to upgrade your abilities and weapons, utilizing magic and science to enhance yourself throughout the game.
You also have the ability to collect pets to help you in Treboria. As an Artificer you can collect and upgrade Robots, while as a Mageist you can collect and upgrade Creatures.
In both perspectives (Artificer and Mageist) you start the game in Episode 1, establishing the character and story. You find out about the world around you and begin the foundations of your journey through Treboria.
In progressing episodes, you start to unravel the mystery surrounding Treboria and its people, discovering a history some thought were buried in time and learn hidden sides to people most thought were pure and righteous.
All the while you can fight a multitude of monsters and enemies using new found abilities and collect pets, turning them into formidable fighting partners. Combat will be in real-time, meaning that you don’t have to ‘wait your turn’ to inflict damage upon your enemies.
